Hi.

I’m Kat, a Surrey-based food writer, recipe developer and tester. I’ve been working in the food industry for over 15 years. After art directing cookbooks for 5 years, I trained as a chef at Leiths School of Food & Wine, winning the coveted title of Student of the Year in 2013. I’ve never looked back. Food is life and cooking is love. I’m here to make your food and projects the very best they can be.

I’m available for all food writing, recipe development and testing. Ex-publishing art manager, ex-art director and ex-food stylist – I know how things work. I know what’s needed to fulfill a brief, meet a deadline and create the perfect recipe. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to everything I do.

I am also available for private 1:1 or small group cookery lessons at my home in Surrey.
